    金江艦1日誤射雄三飛彈，隔天，馮世寬親自南下高雄路竹探視翔利昇號漁船船長家屬，並多次說「對不起」，但家屬顯然並不領情，連馮    新竹代書貸款 致上慰問金時，也遭到船長遺孀拒絕。對於漁船遭飛彈誤擊而嚴重受損，馮表示，軍方會加速修復受損船隻。同時，他也允諾會加速協助國賠等事宜。慰問過程中，家屬質問馮世寬，為何事發後軍方都未派船、直昇機來搜救，甚至描述父親當場被飛彈誤擊後頭破血流，讓馮一度難以招架。一旁家屬也高喊「無能政府」。
